We sat at a table in the kitchen area. The Chef came to our table and explained the menu and his specials for the evening. The food and service was wonderful.
Chef Hugo provides a culinary experience that is very difficult to find anywhere in the world. Chef Hugo, single handedly, prepares all the meals for his boutique restaurant. All dishes are prepared from foods brought directly from the farm, land or sea!
With capacity of less that 20 seats, every meal is exceptional.
