This is a must-go restaurant when we visit Paris. It is a small, intimate restaurant and the food is absolutely wonderful. The chef not only prepares outstanding plates but engages with his patrons in a delightful manor regarding his offerings. The Banana flambé prepared at your table is to die for!
One of the best in Paris. Very reasonably priced. Chef Hugo creates magic right in front of you. Blood sausage with apple reduction was magnificent. All dishes superb.
Just superb!! I had dinner with my family (wife and son) on Friday evening, 20 Feb 2026. The hosts were very welcoming and let us into the restaurant early, so we could be out of the bad weather. We were very comfortable and pampered throughout the night, with staff constantly re-filling our bread basket and our water pitcher.
The food was sublime. We had the privilege to see it being prepared as we had a table with view on the open kitchen. We were taken aback by the sheer quality and depth of flavour. The starter, veal tongue, was very tender and flavoursome. We followed with a main of beef medallion, which was splendid also. My son finished with a chocolate fondent, which apparently was absolutely glorious.
All in all, the perfect evening!! We will be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!!
