Chef Hugo is just amazing to watch..my friend recommended his restaurant many years ago and I have eaten here several times. A small cozy Parisian experience where the food always exceeds expectations..which are high! There are specials every evening with a beautiful menu which remains each night. The fish is excellent..the meat cooked to perfection ..I cannot say enough! The absolutely perfect Parisian experience! You will be well taken care of by the lovely Deborah!

We make sure to visit La Cordonnerie on each of our trips to Paris. We invited a friend this week. Chef Hugo did not disappoint. Creative, fresh, carefully prepared, and well priced, La Cordonnerie met its usual high standards. We'll be back!

This was my fourth time eating here. Every time, it has been magical experience. The chef is an artist. He makes all his dishes from scratch. I highly recommend everyone eating here.

La Cordonnerie is an exceptionally unique restaurant in Paris. Chef Hugo is passionate about his food and wine. Exceptionally fresh, exceptionally good, one would not find this quality in 95% of Parisian restaurants. We are here annually and always join Chef Hugo for at least one evening! The ambience, service, and quality is beyond belief! All of our friends from Chicago, Florida and other parts of the world always love Chef Hugo’s cuisine.

The service was great and the staff welcoming to the intimate environment. We enjoyed the daily special chicken, especially the apricot glaze. The lamb, however, was chewy and hard to cut.
